How to use the Credit Pre-Approval Form:

1. Open the Credit Pre-Approval Form by clicking on one of the following links:

   Adobe Acrobat version

2. Print the form on your computer's printer.
3. Fill out all applicable fields. Write in PRINT!
4. Sign the form.
5. Have your spouse or co-applicant sign the form (if applicable).
6. Fax the completed form to 925-432-8932, or drop it by our offices.
7. Expect a response from CCCPAA within 48 hours of our next auction.
